Our PGS Heavy Duty Overlapping Mats are the ultimate overlapping mat that works well for building temporary roads and pads for heavy equipment and machinery with a load rating of 125 Tonnes depending on ground conditions.
It's made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and is a 100% solid compression moulded mat. It is resistant to absorbing moisture and chemicals which makes it ideal for use on eco sensitive sites. The solid core design means the core cannot be punctured. Therefore our Heavy Duty Composite Mats avoid the intake of liquids and reducing the threat of invasive species or cross contamination between sites.
Composite mats are lighter to transport, therefore more mats can be loaded on trailers or into containers reducing transportation costs significantly.
